Compliance ManagerProspero Teaching has been successfully placing teaching and support staff for over 20 years. Our network of schools, academies, and nurseries spans the UK and international markets, covering EYFS, Primary, Secondary, Further Education, SEN, and PRUs.We are looking for a Compliance Manager for our fastexpanding education recruitment office in Southampton. As a Compliance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legislation, sector changes, and company policies as implemented by the Head of Compliance & Safeguarding. You will prepare reports for senior management, conduct spot checks to keep safeguarding and vetting documentation current, manage a team of Compliance Officers and Administrators, and attend seniorlevel meetings.
