About the Role As the Performance Manager for Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), you will support Breakthru''s national footprint in the Greater Sydney area and oversee a range of job functions, including: Working alongside Regional Managers to implement the IEA quality and performance framework and track progress against key milestones. Providing training, coaching and guidance on quality and performance within the IEA contract. Developing, tracking and reporting on KPIs and compliance requirements, offering actionable insights to support performance. Contributing to strategic planning and organisational development, helping shape initiatives that enhance service quality and client outcomes. Liaising with external partners, funders and stakeholders on reporting, evaluation and continuous quality improvement efforts. About You Youre a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to equity and inclusion. Ideally you have experience in quality assurance, performance monitoring or program evaluationmost useful in the social impact, disability or employment sectors. You bring confidence working with data, compliance standards and stakeholder relationships, and you excel in dynamic environments, solving complex problems and driving inclusive employment outcomes. Essential Criteria Proven experience in quality assurance, performance management or program evaluation. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent analytical, reporting and project management skills. Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Commitment to inclusive employment and social equity. Experience working in the disability, community or notforprofit sector (highly regarded). Tertiary qualifications in business, social sciences or relevant experience.
