Key Responsibilities Develop and implement communication strategies, training programs, and changemanagement initiatives that are peoplefocused. Conduct readiness assessments and impact analyses to inform change initiatives. Create userfriendly documentation and deliver training to support smooth transitions to new processes and systems. Collaborate closely with various teams across the organisation to ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and equipped to adapt to changes effectively. Ideal Candidate Profile Degree in Communications, Change Management, Organisational Development, or related field. Demonstrated experience in developing communication strategies for largescale projects. Proven ability to conduct readiness assessments and impact analyses. Experience in designing training programmes and creating userfriendly documentation. Strong background in collaborating across teams, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to communityfocused service delivery. Other Important Information The commencing salary for this position is up to $106k. Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities to a maximum salary of $123k on completion of assessment of skills and performance plus 12% superannuation. Temporary fulltime role available for up to 4 years. Hybrid and flexible working conditions are offered. Role located at the Wyong Administration Building.
