In this role you will be the bridge between job seekers and employers opening doors to lasting, meaningful employment opportunities. What youll do Build genuine connections with employers to uncover and create long-term job opportunities. Collaborate with job seekers to match their strengths, skills and goals with the right roles. Support employers with practical recruitment advice and onboarding guidance to help placements succeed. What youll bring A knack for building trust and strong relationships with employers and job seekers alike. Enthusiasm for connecting people with work that changes lives. Clear, confident communication and the ability to work collaboratively with your team. Experience in business development, recruitment, or employment services. (Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry, well help guide you through this.)
