This role supports the planning, management and communication of the Institute''s consumer-driven worldclass research through the provision of proactive administrative support. Under the guidance of the Research Manager, the successful candidate will work with Bond''s research and business support services, including partnerships and communications specialists, to provide general administrative support to researchers and to amplify the impact of Institute''s research programs. About the Person The successful candidate will demonstrate the following: Highly developed administrative support skills and proficiency with information technology Experience working in higher education, preferably in a research support role Effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritise, problem solve, meet deadlines and follow through to completion of tasks Ability to work within a team environment, exercising initiative and judgement Strong communication skills, including the use of digital media tools A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Salary Details The salary for the position commences at $83,210.75 per annum, plus 12% superannuation. Please note: The fixed term of this employment contract will be for up to two years, with twelve months'' probation.
