You will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to support our airport venues operations and Support Office. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging and assessing candidates through a variety of recruitment strategies. Beyond hiring, you will partner with people leaders, providing expert coaching and guidance to ensure they have the insights needed to make informed, highimpact hiring decisions. This is a fastpaced, handson role where your expertise in talent acquisition will directly contribute to our success in airport operations. Develop and manage compelling job advertisements, leveraging multiple sourcing channels to attract highquality applicants. Manage the recruitment process, from advertising and initial outreach to screening, interviewing, and reference checks. Advise and coach hiring managers on best hiring practices, ensuring they have the tools and insights needed to make informed decisions. Provide a seamless and engaging candidate experience, ensuring consistency and professionalism throughout the recruitment journey. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning and operational needs. Participate in recruitment events, including job fairs and information sessions, to actively promote ELR ANZ as an employer of choice. Stay updated on industry hiring trends and market conditions, continuously improving sourcing strategies and talent attraction efforts. Contribute to employer branding initiatives, positioning ELR ANZ as an employer of choice and enhancing candidate engagement.
