What Youll Be Doing Ward 2B has a team of clinicians that provide specialised care in the areas of Surgery, Orthopaedics and Urology. While the ward primarily admits orthopaedic and Urology patients, due to the changing bed demands of a regional facility, you may also be caring for patients with other varies surgical and medical conditions. About You Youre a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse who takes pride in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You bring strong clinical skills, a collaborative attitude, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. You thrive in a busy, team-focused environment and can adapt to the changing needs of patients on the ward. You communicate with empathy, support your colleagues in what can sometimes be a very heavy and high acute ward. You contribute positively to our workplace culture.
