Intensive Tenancy Manager (JR4146) Corrimal, Wollongong, Australia Join Anglicares Housing team to manage tenancies across our social and affordable housing portfolio. Youll lead complex cases, ensure compliance with tenancy legislation, and deliver high-quality customer service that supports tenant wellbeing and community connection. This role will be located in the Illawarra / Shoalhaven region with required travel across South / West Sydney. What Youll Do Manage tenancy agreements, rent processes, and eligibility screening Support tenants through onboarding, needs assessments, and referrals Oversee property inspections and maintenance coordination Maintain compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and internal policies Collaborate with asset and support teams to improve resident outcomes What Youll Bring Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Proficient in tenancy legislation, property systems, and reporting 5+ years experience in tenancy or housing management Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related fields (desirable) We provide meaningful opportunities and choice, both for the individuals and communities we support and the dedicated people here who make it happen.
