Immediate start for a generalist HR Business Partner to be based in Kwinana. We are seeking the expertise of a Qualified and Experienced HR Business Partner who is immediately available to commence a threemonth temporary contract based in Kwinana. Reporting to the Manager of HR Business Partnering, you will be responsible for managing your own workforce portfolio in all generalist HR functions. Responsibilities Engaging and management of senior stakeholders to ensure adherence to all corporate governance, legal compliance and best practice human resources Interpretation and advice of industrial tools Completion of right of entry and liaison with union representatives Provision of generalist advice and support Involvement in the implementation of specific HR strategic initiatives Employee relations, including performance management, grievances and disciplinaries Facilitation of relevant contemporary training Ad hoc project support Qualifications & Requirements To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner with extensive experience of working within a blue collar or operational background. Prior exposure to the manufacturing and operations, logistics or heavy industrial sectors would be a preference. It is essential that you possess recent experience of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards for Australia and currently reside South of the River with full working rights. This position will initially be offered as a threemonth temporary contract with the possibility of further extension.
