We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced family worker to join our Intensive Family Support team based in Jimboomba. You will be part of a small multi-disciplinary team working in family homes to support childrens wellbeing from a strengths perspective. In this role you will have autonomy to be creative in how you work with families, while being supported by your colleagues and management. You will be trained in the use of assessment and case planning tools with a strong focus on risk assessment and working in collaboration with the Child Safety Principal Child Protection Practitioner. The YFS integrated approach will enable you to work with experienced practitioners from a variety of disciplines including Domestic and Family Violence, Housing and the Functional Family Therapy-Child Welfare team, to develop solutions to meet family needs.
