About the Opportunity As the Enterprise Project Management Lead (EPML), you will lead the establishment and continuous development of Councils Capital and Operating projects, setting a strategic direction that aligns with the Councils vision. You will: Drive organisational transformation by championing innovative, bestpractice approaches. Support the refresh of the Councils Project Management Framework and provide strategic advice to the Executive Leadership Team. Oversee the preplanning, design, delivery and reporting of all Council projects to ensure they align with organisational goals and community needs. Maintain oversight of the entire project portfolio, prioritising resources, risks and benefits. Promote collaboration and professional growth across the organisation, fostering transparency, accountability and continuous improvement. What Were Looking For Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to build relationships across Council. A strategic and systems thinker with proven experience in project and contract management. A proactive problemsolver who thrives in a dynamic, fastpaced environment. Strong leadership and changemanagement experience. Ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget. Applicants will be required to undertake a police check.
