Were seeking an Assistant Director whos eager to learn, lead and progress toward a future Director role.In this role, you will:Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and careMentor and build capabilities within the centre teamBe responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Directors absenceUse and implement the Goodstart Practice GuideAbout Goodstart Pialba:We are a small, 74-place centre with long-term staff, most of whom have been with us for 5 to 15 years. We are proud to say that our staff speak a variety of languages, including Mori and Italian, which is included into our diverse programming for the children in our care. We also enjoy incorporating our families cultures into the curriculum, helping to strengthen the connection between home and the centre.
