OverviewAI-First UI/UX Design Manager (Relocate to Dubai to build an AI-native global brand). Based in Dubai, you will report to the CEO and own the e-commerce web design. This role combines design leadership with strategic responsibility to revolutionize the design process and customer experience through artificial intelligence.ResponsibilitiesArchitect and lead an AI-first design practice for an e-commerce platform, deploying tools such as Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, and LLM-powered personalization.Build a data-driven, agile design engine that reduces design-to-deployment time and drives conversion across the Home to Checkout journey.Transform operations by evolving the design team from sequential to collaborative, mentoring designers to become AI-native while ensuring brand governance and consistency.Lead experiments (A/B testing and multi-armed bandits) in partnership with Marketing and Analytics to optimize UX patterns and drive multi-million dollar revenue impact.Communicate design strategy to C-suite stakeholders with data-backed narratives that connect design decisions to business outcomes.Qualifications710 years in web design for e-commerce, including 4+ years leading and mentoring a design team.Portfolio showing shipped PDP/PLP/Checkout improvements with measurable business impact.Expertise in Figma (components, variables, Dev Mode); strong visual, motion craft, and responsive design sensibility.Proven experience implementing GenAI tools into a professional design pipeline, with knowledge of prompt engineering, quality control, and brand governance.Familiarity with AI-shaped UX patterns (conversational search, assistant UI, recommendation modules) and their measurement.Experience collaborating on experiments (A/B testing and multi-armed bandits) and understanding trade-offs between speed and certainty.Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and SEO fundamentals for structured content and schema on e-commerce sites.The Puffy DNABe the Owner: Autonomy to make decisions and accountability for results.Execute with Urgency: Move quickly with thoughtful decision-making in a dynamic environment.Demand Excellence: Solve hard problems and uphold high standards.Go All-In: Collaborate as one team to achieve ambitious goals.What Success Looks LikeIn 1224 months, you will have built a world-class AI-first design practice for an AI-first ecommerce leader and be enjoying a tax-free lifestyle in Dubai.
