OverviewAbout the OpportunityOur client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations at one of their fast-paced vehicle repair facilities in the Ulladulla, Batemans Bay and Nowra region. For the right candidate, there will also be opportunities to upskill, contribute to a national network, and play a key role in shaping both the future of the site and your own career path within the group.What You''ll Be DoingAs Site Manager, you will take ownership of the full repair workflow, ensuring vehicles are repaired safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will lead a team of technicians, drive continuous improvement across the site and maintain strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and support a team of automotive technicians and tradespeopleAssign jobs and manage repair schedules to meet deadlinesMaintain accurate job data in the iBody management systemMonitor repair processes, identify inefficiencies and implement solutionsOperations & ComplianceOversee the daily operation of the workshopCoordinate sublets and parts procurement to maintain smooth workflowAssist with vehicle handovers and adding additional via iBody when requiredEnsure WHS compliance and maintain a safe working environmentCollaborate with the Operations Manager to optimise site efficiencyCustomer ExperienceAct as a key point of contact for customers and work providersProvide clear, accurate repair updates and timeframesResolve customer concerns promptly and professionallyQuality ControlConduct inspections to ensure repairs meet company and industry standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high customer satisfactionWhat We''re Looking ForProven experience in automotive smash repairs (smash or hail)Strong leadership and team management skillsHighly organised, proactive and excellent at time managementClear communicator with both customers and techniciansTrade qualifications or hands-on repair experience in automotive smash repairsPrior experience in a similar production/site management roleFamiliarity with iBody or similar estimating software or repair tracking systemsWhy Join UsBe part of a growing, innovative organisationOpportunities to learn and upskill across repair techniquesCollaborative and supportive leadership teamClear career progression pathways within the group #J-18808-Ljbffr
