Role includes: bar, cellar and gaming duties such as pouring and serving drinks, customer service, money handling, assessing and moving stock, opening and closing procedures, monitoring the gaming area and light cleaning. The applicant should be able to work independently and as part of a team. Hours will include evening and weekend shifts on a flexible roster.
