Lifeline Direct (LLD) is a whollyowned subsidiary of Lifeline Australia that supports suicide prevention and community wellbeing across multiple regions. Retail shops fund frontline services, while Lifeline Centres deliver crisis support, counselling and training. About the position: Love sustainable, ecofriendly shopping? Enjoy secondhand upcycling? Help customers find exactly what they want for a great price? We are looking for 3 proactive, customerservice focused retail professionals to join our Woy Woy and Central Coast Hubteam! These are casual positions and will require you to be available on weekends and public holidays. Hourly rate and conditions comply with the General Retail Award Level 3 and include a 25% casual loading and weekend penalty rates. As a Shop Assistant you will contribute to the stores success by providing exceptional customer service, supervising volunteers during your shifts, managing cash, and maintaining high standards of merchandise presentation and store policies. To be successful in this role: Available to work weekends as necessary. Can open and close the store and balance the cash register by close of business. Have demonstrated experience working in retail and a customerservice environment. Experience ensuring product merchandising and store presentation is of a high standard, and aligns with Work Health & Safety policies and procedures. Can work independently and within a team. Has an understanding of working with and managing volunteers. Has cultural sensitivity and diversity awareness. Is selfmotivated, shows initiative and maintains a positive attitude.
