About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and experiencedCasualChefto oversee the kitchen and meal preparationatBethanie Fields Aged Care Home. You willalso have the opportunity to work atBethanie''sDalyellup and Elanora Aged Care Homes, also on a casualbasis. Casual shifts will be from 9am - 5pm Monday through toSunday. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook meals on site, including orderingfood. Create appetising and nutritious meals using freshingredients. Train and manage a small team. Cater to special dietary requirements. Manage catering for small functions. Ensure food safety compliance. About You: Experience as a Chef for large groups, ideally in aged careor similar environments. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. Ability to supervise staff. Experience in ordering food and waste management. Knowledge of the Food Act and Food Standards Code. Willingness to uphold Bethanie''s values and obtain relevantvaccinations. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness toapply).
