Responsibilities As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart, you will ignite a love of learning in children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices. You will build strong, meaningful relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive. You will mentor and inspire educational practices in your classroom, and collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement highquality early learning programmes to achieve outstanding outcomes for children. About Goodstart Hope Island 75place centre with 5 rooms Role will be in Kindergarten 1 Shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm Currently offer 3 hours per week programming Located in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood with shops across the road Wellestablished multicultural team, staff tenure over 8 years. Youll Need Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved). Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification. Queensland Registration voluntary if eligible; not required. Prior experience as a teacher in a school or early learning setting is a plus.
