As our unrestricted MR Truck Driver, youll be the face of our trusted Yandina based StarTrack Facility, at the heart of your community and connecting businesses with their customers and communities with each other dayin, dayout. Youll be on the road as a staple of your community, and it doesnt get better than that! This is a fulltime permanent opportunity working MonFri with some overtime required daily, paying $33.81/hr plus 12% super and overtime rates. Youll be Safely loading your truck with freight for your deliveries with teammates at the facility. Completing your own daily vehicle safety check. Driving our modern trucks between our operational centres and customers, for deliveries and pickups. Providing an outstanding level of customer/stakeholder interactions. Returning to StarTrack Yandina to unload pickups. About you Youre a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable personality who loves autonomy just as much as interacting with others and being a team player. Youre passionate about making a difference in the community. Youll also need to Hold an unrestricted medium rigid vehicle license. Be fit enough to load and unload freight items of all different shapes, sizes and weights, frequently in and out of a truck up to 30kg lifting. Be safetyfocused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility. Have a customercentric mindset and effective communication skills. Meet our safe working load limit of weighing 130kgs or less. Be prepared to provide a driving history report, undergo a preemployment medical and drug/alcohol screening and national criminal history checks.
