In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating high-quality education and care programs that reflect our holistic approach. Working closely with our experienced and supportive Early Years team, you will help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children and their families. As a Room Leader, you will also support the Centre Coordinator in the delivery of care that aligns with current legislation, centre objectives, and the services philosophy and policies.
