We want you to feel proud of the work you do and supported to be yourself at work.About The RoleWere looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to support clients in the Outer suburbs of Melbourne Clyde, Cranbourne and Berwick. Youll support clients 1:1 who feel most comfortable with clear boundaries, structured routines, and clear communication. Youll need to be assertive and calm under pressure, while also being encouraging and understanding. A strong listener who can prompt and promote independence and engagement, youll be a key part of helping them live an independent and fulfilling life. No two days are the same!
