Whether you''re experienced or just starting out, we invite you to explore opportunities within our team and help support elderly customers (65+) to live independently at home.Do you meet these minimum requirements?Live in or near Mornington including surrounding suburbs Dromana, Fingal, Safety Beach, Tootgarook, Red Hill, Rosebud or Rye.Hold a current Australian Drivers'' Licence with your own comprehensively insured car (sorry, we cannot accept international licenses or shared/rental vehicles).Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced carers).Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start. (Travel is required for training.)Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home.If youre saying ''YES'' to these, wed love to have you join us!What this role offers:Open to Entry Level & Experienced candidatesPermanent Part-Time or Casual ContractsPermanent Contract hours: 20 hours per fortnight + flex up hoursHourly Rate: $33.22 - $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel timeWhat Youll Be Doing:Entry-Level Carers: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.Experienced Carers: Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone''s day!As a valued team member, youll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers.
