In this role, you will perform golf & sport operations duties, assisting players to check in, preparing for teeoff and working in the golf retail shop. Our team goes above and beyond to deliver great customer service.Reporting to the Golf & Sports Team Leader, you will deliver exceptional customer service to our members, guests and the general public. Royal Pines is open 7 days a week.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging member, guest and general public bookings & enquiries.Welcoming players & guests with a smile and assisting with preparation for teeoff.Coordinating, issuing, cleaning, driving and maintaining golf carts.Coordinating and maintaining sport hire equipment.Assisting with course marshalling, driving range operations and organising golf events.Working in the golf shop to open and close, processing retail purchases & merchandising of stock.Demonstrating a sound knowledge of golfing rules and operations.What Youll Need to Be SuccessfulAvailability and flexibility to work a weekly rotating roster between 5am7pm, including weekdays, weekends & public holidays.Experience in a golf course resort or golf & sport retail environment.Knowledge of golf course operations, rules & etiquette.Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, essential.Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office & MiClub, an advantage.Excellent communication, customer service & interpersonal skills to build rapport with members & guests.Effective time management, positive attitude, attention to detail and teamwork.Excellent grooming & personal presentation.We Are OfferingCompetitive hourly rate + penalties for weekends & public holidays.Generous employee benefits and discounts on RACV products & resorts.Healthy team culture and employee of the month awards & recognition programs.Training, development and career progression opportunities.Uniform.Complimentary parking onsite.Application ProcessThe application process includes an initial 20minute AI online chat interview.
