Were seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team supporting the Australian Defence Force through our ESS (Defence, Offshore & Remote) business. Youll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for Defence personnel living and working on base. As part of the Compass Group, youll be working in a supportive team that values safety, respect, and excellence every day. Responsibilities General cleaning duties across accommodation, offices, and common areas. Maintaining cleaning equipment and storage areas. Following safety and hygiene standards and sitespecific procedures. Providing exceptional service with attention to detail. Working effectively within a team to meet daily cleaning schedules. Requirements Previous cleaning, housekeeping or facilities experience (highly regarded). Strong focus on safety and teamwork. Good communication skills and reliability. Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends if required. Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance. Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
