Lead Educator | Brisbane Airport Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Lead Educator to join our Brisbane Airport team in providing a safe and stimulating environment which meets the social, cultural, emotional, educational and physical needs of the children and encourages parent and community participation. About the role This is a Permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday.As our Lead Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and educational experiences for the children in our care. Key Responsibilities Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times Lead, develop and implement engaging, high-quality educational programs Mentor and support educators to plan and deliver meaningful learning experiences. Overseeing and approving centre Storypark posts Foster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity Provide constructive feedback to educators to promote continuous improvement and a culture of positive change Collaborate with families to ensure each childs learning journey is supported and enrichd About you You are a creative and inspired early childhood educator with a passion to lead and develop age specific programs and daily routines. You will be a collaborative member of the team, working to build strong relationships with Educators, children, and families. Key skills and requirements Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively studying towards one. Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates Current Child Protection Training Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
