Hilton Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia Room Attendant / Accommodation Attendant Hilton As a Room Attendant, you are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will also manage guest requests in a timely manner. Responsibilities Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms Vacuum rooms and corridors Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities according to company guidelines Perform regular deep cleaning tasks Restock and maintain trolley on a daily basis Report missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and ensure replacement or repair Ensure all equipment inside and around guest rooms and in work areas is in working condition Be environmentally aware and dispose of waste accordingly Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation Carry out lost property procedures Assist other departments as needed and maintain good working relationships Qualifications Positive attitude Good communication skills Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service Excellent grooming standards Ability to work independently or in teams Flexible and reliable Hotel experience (preferred) Experience in a similar position (preferred) About Hilton Hilton is the leading global hospitality company, offering a wide range of lodging options from luxury fullservice hotels and resorts to extendedstay suites and midpriced hotels.
