As a Personal Care Assistant (Universal Worker) you will provide personcentred care and support for residents in our residential care community, ensuring dignity, purpose, comfort, and a warm, inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide daily personal care and support according to residents care plans. Assist with meal preparation, serving, and support during mealtimes. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Administer medications safely, following MiCare procedures. Support residents in engaging with lifestyle and household activities that promote independence. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff about wellbeing and care needs. Contribute to documentation, continuous improvement, and teamwork. What Were Looking For Previous agedcare experience or a genuine interest in supporting older adults. Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, personcentred environment. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a willingness to follow direction while taking initiative. Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check. Why Join MiCare?
