Summary The college seeks a dynamic and creative Specialist Art Teacher for PrepYear 6, focussing on Dance, Drama and Music. The role is fixedterm until the end of the 2026 school year, with a 30hour weekly commitment and salary of $86,601$124,725 per annum (prorata) plus super, commensurate with experience. Coordinating and leading the school choir, including vocal instruction and performance preparation. Creating a learnercentred, supportive, cooperative environment aligned with curriculum policy and relevant standards. Collaboratively designing and implementing quality curriculum and pedagogy, evaluating effectiveness, reporting student progress to students, parents and community. Partnering with leadership, teachers and staff to contribute to professional life and a positive school culture. Engaging in professional learning to enhance student outcomes. Providing positive pastoral relationships and supporting students spiritual and moral development. Ensuring that Catholic Church teachings and values underlie learning and teaching. About You Experience creating learnerfocused classrooms aligned with the Australian Curriculum. Expertise in designing and delivering effective curriculum and meeting Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. Commitment to collaborate with colleagues, students and parents/carers to enrich learning experiences. A passion for supporting students spiritual and moral development.
