Coordinating and leading the school choir, including vocal instruction and performance preparation. Creating a learnercentred, supportive, cooperative environment aligned with curriculum policy and relevant standards. Collaboratively designing and implementing quality curriculum and pedagogy, evaluating effectiveness, reporting student progress to students, parents and community. Partnering with leadership, teachers and staff to contribute to professional life and a positive school culture. Engaging in professional learning to enhance student outcomes. Providing positive pastoral relationships and supporting students spiritual and moral development. Ensuring that Catholic Church teachings and values underlie learning and teaching.
