As a Chef, youll take pride in your presentation, be knowledgeable in relation to nutrition and have a keen interest on the impact of dietary requirements on our aged residents. You will have proven experience in safe food preparation, storage and delivery, a clear understanding of WHS, be confident in mediumhigh volume meal preparation and demonstrate the following: Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent skills from previous experience Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail Understanding of Australian food and beverage standards Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies What makes a difference for you?
