We operate closely with Village Cinemas and Warner Village Theme Parks. Intencity can be found in 5 locations along the East Coast of Australia (including Adelaide and Tasmania), as well as over 60 game foyer locations. We have a vast array of classic and contemporary video, prize and skill tester games that appeal to children, teenagers and adults alike. About the Role Reporting into the Location Manager, you will deliver customer service to the highest possible standard and perform duties associated with the operation of an entertainment complex. Key Accountabilities Always Providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers through recommendations, upselling and general inquiries.General duties, including accurate cashhandling and reporting;Cleaning of games, floors and maintaining store presentation and hygiene levels in all areas including back of house.Queue management, including floor patrol and crowdcontrol;Hosting of group bookings, Supersessions and Parties;Correcting minor games faults in accordance with training/competency level and reporting faults that require a technician;Other duties as specified by your manager.
