This role manages the endtoend Accounts Payable function, overseeing vendor invoice processing, staff expense claims, payment processing and compliance across multiple entities.ResponsibilitiesManage the endtoend accounts payable process for multiple entities.Process and reconcile supplier invoices, purchase orders and payment cycles.Maintain and oversee staff expense claims, ensuring compliance with financial policies.Handle payment processing, supplier relationships and payment issue resolution.Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.Coordinate with crossfunctional teams and provide reporting to Finance Transaction Manager.Ideal CandidateDemonstrated experience managing endtoend accounts payables for multiple entities.Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial controls.Experience reconciling supplier statements and addressing payment inefficiencies.Experience in managing staff expense submissions, approvals and compliance.Proficiency with financial systems and accounting software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working autonomously.EligibilityApplicants must hold Australian citizenship and be eligible for Australian Defence security clearance.Application DeadlineApplications close Friday 7th November 2025.BenefitsAccess to LinkedIn LearningFlexible work arrangementsPurchased leave program & loyalty leaveUp to 18 weeks paid parental leaveAnnual incentive schemeComplimentary salary continuance insuranceAnnual volunteering leave (Operation Give Back)Relaxed dress codeApplication ProcessApplications must be submitted online.
