Job Description

The R&S Coordinator is the behind-the-scenes hero, ensuring everything runs smoothly in MECCAs stores! This role is all about making things happenfrom boosting operational efficiency to keeping data spot-on. Youll help drive the flow of brand materials, moving them from the Support Centre to the warehouse, and then delivering them to stores. With your help, in-store processes are seamless, and the brands impact is everywhere! It''s all about teamwork, efficiency, and making MECCA magic happen at every step. The Role You Could Play: Logistics Coordination: Support freight and logistics related to brand collateral and printed materials. Coordinate the printing of packs, pricing material, and product cards. Data Management: Maintain accurate inventory records related to brand collateral, ensuring consistency and reliability in data reporting. Support the maintenance of item master data, with a specific focus on ensuring product images and dimensions are current and accurate. Reporting and Communication: Manage the upload of floorplans, assortment information, reports, and manuals to the MECCA Base, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Assist in managing store query support to facilitate efficient task management and tracking, streamlining workflow processes. Brand Visit Support: Facilitate the updating of floorplans, assortments, and planograms for brand visits and key marketing events, ensuring that all presentations are aligned with brand standards. Cross Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with VM, Central Operations, and Retail teams to ensure the timely delivery of R&S tasks into MECCA stores, enhancing overall operational effectiveness and customer experience. What You Will Bring: Professional certifications in project management, supply chain management, or retail operations (preferred). Experience in retail operations and/or retail merchandising. Demonstrated ability to manage data effectively, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational standards. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
