ABOUT THE ROLE As a Civil Mobile Plant Operator (FrontEnd Loader) with Ertech, youll play an integral role in delivering highquality works across major infrastructure and land development projects. Youll work alongside other experienced operators and supervisors to ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. This is a handson role suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys working outdoors as part of a collaborative crew, and understands the importance of safety and quality on site. ESSENTIAL RQUIREMENTS FOR THE FEL ROLE FrontEnd Loader National competency ticket Proven experience operating FELs on civil, subdivision, or infrastructure projects, including trenching, backfilling, bulk earthworks, and material handling. Ability to work effectively within a civil construction crew and follow instructions from supervisors.
