About the team Our department provides comprehensive nutrition services to hospital inpatients and outpatients, professional colleagues, and the broader community. Our dietitians have specialist knowledge of nutrition throughout all stages of the life cycle and provide expert care on a range of issues including fertility and pregnancy, neonatal nutrition, weight and eating concerns, diabetes, oncology, pelvic floor and older womens health. About the roles Two dietetics roles are available, which can be combined or separated depending on the successful candidates preference. CPP Connect Dietitian fixedterm 12week role at 16hours per week. The role primarily provides a dedicated nutrition service to our Chronic Pelvic Pain Unit (CPP), including two fullday outpatient clinics per week, group education sessions, team collaboration and resource development. Womens Health Dietitian parttime 12hours per week fixedterm role ending in June2027. The position contributes dietetic advice and medical nutrition therapy within our outpatient service, with additional involvement across inpatient services, student training and research, and departmental projects. Responsibilities A regular week may see you: Provide comprehensive nutritional care for women, including assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring and followup. Recognise and address the complexities of CPP, including gut symptoms and disordered eating. Attend team meetings for case discussion and advocate for the nutritional care of your patients. Deliver a monthly group education session as part of a multidisciplinary introduction to new patients. Monitor clinical activity and service delivery to ensure it is evidencebased and meets patient needs. Identify and participate in quality improvement activities. About you You will be someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who enjoys working as part of a supportive, collaborative team committed to excellence in patient care. Requirements Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent tertiary qualification. Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status with Dietitians Australia. Minimum of two years clinical experience in a health care setting. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in womens health, including persistent pelvic pain, associated gut disorders and disordered eating.
