Location: Immanuel Gardens, Buderim, QLD Position: Parttime 30 hours per fortnight (Tuesday and Thursday each week) Remuneration: $32.46 $33.94 per hour plus super, salary packaging and staff discounts & benefits About You: As part of a dedicated team of Creative Lifestyle Facilitators and local volunteers, you will craft meaningful experiences for our residents through music, movement, arts, storytelling and interactive games. Were looking for someone who is warm, engaging, clientfocused and passionate about enriching lives. About the Role: Plan and facilitate individual and group creative lifestyle activities tailored to residents interests and abilities. Collaborate with residents, families and care staff to assess and meet social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Ensure all residents, including those unable to participate in group activities, feel supported and engaged. Provide technical assistance such as setting up virtual meetings or digital engagement tools. Build strong relationships and foster a welcoming and inclusive community for all residents. Drive a minibus. Hold a valid NDIS screen or Police Check and a Queensland drivers licence.
