We arelooking for a dedicated and experienced Multiskilled Technician Mechanicalto join our Estates & Facilities team. This is a key role in ensuring thesafe and efficient operation of mechanical systems across the hospital site.You will work both independently and collaboratively to deliver planned andreactive maintenance, contributing to a high-quality environment for patients,staff, and visitors.Main duties of the jobUndertake mechanical maintenance tasks and minor repairs across the hospital estate.Respond to planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks in line with departmental service level agreements.Work flexibly across disciplines within the Estates Maintenance Team.Ensure compliance with national and local Health & Safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.Participate in the on-call rota, with site attendance required within 40 minutes.Support small projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of Estates services.About usAtBenenden Hospital we put patients at the heart of everything we do.
