Were looking for a Contracts and Procurement Coordinator to deliver high-level, expert tendering and contract advice and services to Council staff. In this key role, youll ensure compliance with statutory obligations and Council policies, while also establishing and maintaining the annual contract management system. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring timely contract renewals and supporting Councils annual budget process. To be successful for this role you will require: Relevant qualifications in procurement or similar discipline with relevant experience, or lesser formal qualification with extensive relevant experience. Strong research, analytical, organisation and time management skills. Ability to prepare and deliver training programs to employees. Well-developed communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience. Proficiency in the use of technology applications including Microsoft Office.
