Master an AINative Toolbox. While other companies are still manually drafting copy, you will be using generative AI to create and analyze a high volume of copy variants, dramatically increasing testing velocity and building a content engine that gets smarter over time. What Youll Need: 3+ years of experience in directresponse or conversionfocused copywriting, with a proven portfolio of results. At least 1 year of handson experience using generative AI tools in a professional marketing context to create and optimize content. Deep knowledge of CRO principles, A/B testing methodologies, and data analysis. Proficiency in prompt engineering: An ability to guide AI to produce onbrand, persuasive, and contextually relevant content that meets specific conversion goals. An analytical and experimental mindset, with a passion for using data to find what works and an eagerness to test new ideas and technologies. Familiarity with AIpowered testing platforms/dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Exceptional editing skills and a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring AIgenerated content meets the highest standards of quality, clarity, and brand voice. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple projects and adapting quickly to new tools and processes.
