Overview Contribute your talents to our success support a skilled team of creative Arts Marketers for Kingston ArtsExciting 1 day per week (0.2 FTE) opportunity, offered as part of a job share arrangement on a 12month fixedterm contractBand 5, $81,188 - $93,494 per annum, pro rata (dependent on experience) plus superannuation About the team As part of the Creative Activities team, youll help to promote our Arts & Culture offerings across our 3 venues and help shape communications to a vibrant local community. About this opportunity As an Arts Marketing and Development Officer, youll work closely with the Visual Arts team who program Art Exhibitions across our 3 Gallery spaces, and with Community Arts & Culture projects that create opportunities for participation in the Arts across the City of Kingston. Other Responsibilities include Assist in the planning, development and management of multiple concurrent creative campaignsWork collaboratively with team members and stakeholders across Council departments to leverage marketing opportunities and channelsDrafting and scheduling a variety of digital and traditional marketing content, including social media, email newsletters, webpages, digital and print advertisingCreate, ideate, and source creative materials for engaging content, inline with brand identity and audience needs. What Youll Bring An ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, and willingness to adapt to unique challenges and situations.Experience in developing and delivering multiple concurrent promotional projects, targeted to diverse audiences, across a range of digital and traditional channels.Demonstrated skill in creating bespoke, engaging collateral, whilst maintaining brand identity and personality.Team player committed to creating safe and inclusive culture, where individuality and creativity thrive.5+ years experience in creative marketing or communications role, preferably in Arts & Culture, events, or entertainment industry.
