You bring recent clinical experience, a commitment to evidencebased practice, and a passion for mentoring junior clinicians. You thrive in multidisciplinary teams, communicate with clarity and empathy, and are ready to contribute to teaching, research, and continuous improvement. Youre also prepared to participate in the oncall roster and uphold the CORE values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect, and Empowerment. You will bring: MBBS or equivalent, with current registration as a Specialist Paediatrician. A commitment to clinical excellence, education, and quality improvement. Demonstrated recent clinical experience in Paediatrics at the role delineation of the service. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership of a team. Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated commitment to teaching, continuing education, research and quality improvement. Availability to participate in an oncall roster and to respond on site within a reasonable time.
