About the Role As Team Leader, you will apply specialised skill and professional judgement when coordinating the day to day core work critical to the functions of VincentCares highly effective Marian Community 24/7 specialist family violence. The services provided by Marian Community are accessible in the City of Greater Shepparton, Moira, Strathbogie, Mitchell and Murrindindi Shires in both business hours and after-hours, providing crisis and case management responses to victim survivors experiencing or escaping family violence, including children. You will provide leadership and direction to a team of Specialist Family Violence Practitioners servicing the Goulburn South region (Mitchell, Murrindindi and Strathbogie Shires), including evidenced capacity to communicate effectively, to exercise sound judgement, and to act with confidence within a fast paced environment. Supporting and coordinating delivery of a comprehensive wrap-around model of care that embraces the intersectionality of family violence including demand management and the monitoring and reviewing of caseloads regularly to ensure a responsive and effective service. Additionally, you will be required to pro-actively participate in the enhanced after-hours crisis response on-call roster and be available on designated weeknights, weekends, and public holidays. About You Your skills and capabilities will include: Evidenced leadership within a crisis driven environment. Evidenced ability to support and coordinate delivery of a comprehensive wrap-around model of care that embraces the intersectionality of family violence, including demand management and the monitoring and reviewing of caseloads regularly to ensure a responsive and effective service. A strong knowledge of risk assessment, trauma-informed care, and family violence frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to participate in the enhanced after-hours crisis response on-call roster. Minimum 3-5 years in leadership within the family violence response and case management context. Why work for us?
