Senior Consultant - Bluestone Recruitment Role & Responsibilities: Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages Working on an Industrial Storage Facility Project 50% office based, 50% site based (Burwood) Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors and stakeholders Negotiate agreements striving for win-win outcomes Tracking of project expenditure against budget Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting Your Background: Must have 3+ years experience with a commercial/industrial builder as a Contract Administrator Main Contractor experience is a must Ability to communicate effectively Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes You will receive: $110k - $150k package Excellent mentoring and gain valuable experience Vast career options Port Melbourne office location, Project is located in Burwood. 50/50 split The builder: This commercial builder has built a strong list of clients through many successful projects over the last 10 years.
