With specialised solutions for growth markets and industries including technology, life sciences and healthcare, engineering, manufacturing and energy, automobility, and retail we are decisively positioned as "The logistics company for the world."Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule local and interstate freight movements (road, rail, or intermodal)Liaise with carriers and warehouse teams to manage daily transport tasksMonitor transport jobs through the Transport Management System (TMS) to ensure timely deliveryMaintain accurate records of shipments, clearance statuses, and delivery updatesCommunicate effectively with customers regarding ETAs, delays, and special requirementsEnsure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), NHVR, and WHS requirementsResolve transportrelated issues promptly and professionallyKey AccountabilitiesAchieving ontime delivery and performance targetsAccurate and timely data entry and transport documentationEnsuring all transport operations meet safety, legal, and compliance standardsMinimising freight costs while maintaining service levelsMaintaining strong customer and supplier relationshipsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives within transport processesAdhering to company values, operational KPIs, and servicelevel agreements (SLAs)To be successful, you will need:Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding/logisticsCertifications in Customs, Dangerous Goods, and Air Cargo Security (desirable)Proficiency with CargowiseStrong communication, analytical, and commercial negotiation skillsHigh attention to detail and a proactive work ethicAbility to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple prioritiesWhat to expect from us:What makes DHL great?
