About the role As an Agronomist at our Robertson branch youll see yourself join a collaborative team of hard-working professionals dedicated to forming strong and genuine relationships with growers and customers in this diverse agricultural region with a focus on helping increase their yield. What youll be doing Service growers across this diverse agricultural area of the NSW and surrounding Robertson region Engage and work alongside a team within an established business, servicing the needs of cuttingedge farmers and who have significant experience partnering with producers Responsibility for increasing the productivity, profitability, and sustainability of farming enterprises You will provide agronomic and technical support to farmers and producers in the region together with product sales both in store and on farm. Keeping relevant with latest plant production practices together with running and coordinating field days and farmer meetings will position you as the go-to subject matter expert in the region. What well love about you Strong technical knowledge in agronomic practices and application. History of success in executing sales outcomes using your specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products You will demonstrate excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
