Youll visit customers in their homes to understand their needs, create tailored care plans, and deliver services like exercise prescription, rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, and strength and balance programs. Youll also regularly review progress to make sure the support continues to meet their goals. Youll have the flexibility to plan your own schedule, with admin time at our Gympie office, from home, or a coworking space. Were offering a PartTime Permanent position (45.6 hours per fortnight, 3 weekdays per week), with the chance to make a real impact in your local community. Youll also have: A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration Experience with and strong interest in providing physiotherapy support to people who are ageing Confidence working independently and managing your time Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset, especially when working with a multidisciplinary team Confidence with technology and attention to detail when documenting care A valid Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle you will use for work First Aid, CPR, and a National Criminal History Check (or are happy to get) Belonging Starts Here We believe real care starts with real belonging.
