Key Responsibilities Process payments through the School Appropriation and Payment Application (SAPA) with a focus on data validation and document management. Support labourrelated data management and analysis for schoolbased salaries. Assist in processing applications for various allowances. Provide information and technical support to departmental clients, including schools and external organisations, regarding payment processes. Contribute to endofmonth processes and support the maintenance of financial models, including Parameters and the School Cost Library. Experience in payment preparation and processing, data validation, and reporting. Strong timemanagement and analytical skills with the ability to conceptualise data.
