An exciting opportunity has opened up for a driven and passionate Caravan Salesperson to join an awardwinning caravan company based in Caboolture, QLD. This highly respected brand is seeking a motivated individual with strong sales skills and a desire to be part of a dynamic and supportive team. If you thrive in a fastpaced sales environment and enjoy helping customers find their dream caravan, this role could be perfect for you! Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, customerfocused, and eager to learn. They should possess strong communication and negotiation skills and be confident building rapport with customers. A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential. Candidates must have a minimum of 12 years of sales experience. Key Responsibilities Sales Focus: Meet and exceed sales targets, starting with a minimum of 30 caravan sales per year. Customer Experience: Provide an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to handover. Collaboration: Work closely with the branch manager and workshop team to achieve company sales goals. Events &Shows: Attend caravan shows and events as required, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Work Rights: Australian work rights are required for this position. Licence Requirements: A full drivers licence is required for attending caravan shows and events. Why Join This Company?
