About the Role As the Supply Chain Manager, youll lead the planning function for our Maddington branch, ensuring production targets, inventory accuracy (DIO and waste), and customer service metrics are met all while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate a safety mindset and foster our Protect value proposition. Lead and coach highperforming teams across planning, procurement, and inventory. Collaborate crossfunctionally to deliver on SLAs and customer commitments. Optimise inventory levels and eliminate stockout risks. Strengthen supplier relationships and drive delivery performance. Analyse KPIs including DIFO, waste, and service fulfilment. Partner with production to monitor and improve operational efficiency. Qualifications Youre a strategic, collaborative leader with deep experience in manufacturing supply chains. You thrive in fastpaced environments and know how to balance operational rigour with stakeholder engagement. Extensive planning and purchasing experience in madetoorder manufacturing. Strong leadership and coaching capability. Proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Expertise in MRP, lean manufacturing, and ERP systems.
