As we continue to grow, were preparing for a warehouse move to Mittagong in early 2026 and looking to expand our team with a dedicated, capable assistant who can grow with us. About the Role Were hiring a reliable and detail-driven assistant to join a small but growing ecommerce business. Youll be the backbone of our operations - your work directly affects customer experience and company growth. What Youll Be Doing Packing and dispatching online orders Managing inbound/outbound freight and stock Ensuring order accuracy and efficiency Supporting the founder with general business tasks You MUST Have Strong computer and organisational skills Ability to work independently and own your role Fast learning with strong process discipline High attention to detail and a can-do attitude Nice to Have Shopify or ecommerce platform experience Admin, systems, or operational support background Other relevant ecommerce or wholesale experience Why Join Us?
