Youll work with a diverse portfolio across Disability, Aged Care, Corporate, using SAP SuccessFactors as your core platform. What youll do Own and manage endtoend recruitment across a highimpact portfolio, partnering closely with senior leaders. Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract talent in competitive markets, using direct sourcing and talent pooling. Champion a bestinclass candidate experience, aligning every interaction with genUs purpose and values. Ensure all recruitment activity meets internal policy and external compliance standards (e.g. WWCC, NDIS, VEVO, police checks). Use SAP SuccessFactors to manage requisitions, reporting, and pipeline visibility with precision. What youll bring Proven experience in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role within complex, multisite organisations Skilled in proactive sourcing and workforce planning, with the ability to anticipate and respond to market trends Strong working knowledge of recruitment compliance and onboarding in regulated environments Confident working with applicant tracking systems (SAP SuccessFactors highly regarded) Influential communicator who builds trust and delivers results in partnership with stakeholders (Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate, ability to hold PRODA Access but dont worry, well help guide you through this.)
